Andrea Forrest is Senior Director at Modern Executive Solutions. She brings over 25 years of executive search experience, having successfully placed over 500 professionals during her recruiting career.
Prior to Modern, Andrea was a Partner at Frederickson Partners where she specialized in HR leadership roles in the technology/fintech industries. Previously, she was at Korn Ferry where she led and partnered on executive searches in the financial services and real estate practices. Andrea also worked with the retained search firm, EFL Associates in Denver, where she recruited mid-level and C-level executives in financial services, healthcare, and mission-based organizations.
Andrea spent her early career as a Placement Counselor at the University of Denver College of Law and as a Communications Coordinator for the Denver Arts Center Foundation, the fundraising arm for the Temple Buell Theatre. Andrea received her B.S. in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Andrea loves hiking/mountaineering, mountain biking, world travel and volunteering for animal rescue organizations.
