Anna May Stratton is a Partner with 20 + years of diverse experience within global executive search and talent acquisition. She works cross-industry with specialized expertise in technology, operations and human resources, specifically assisting companies through technology and digital transformation.
Prior to Modern, Anna May was Head of Executive Recruiting at Otis Elevator where she built and led their global executive recruiting practice in advance of their spin-off from United Technologies. She built the global strategy and executed multiple global senior leadership searches in addition to building out enterprise programs focused on D, E & I and executive selection. Previously, she led all of Technology Executive Recruiting for Capital One, partnering with the CIO to build out the leadership team that transformed Capital One into a technology company.
Anna May received a BA degree in Political Science from James Madison University. She has always had an interest in analyzing and evaluating human performance and behaviors. She is a certified Topgrading professional and trainer and educated by the NeuroLeadership Institute in Diversity and Inclusion.
