Carole is a Senior Partner at Modern and brings over twenty-five years of international experience in Corporate and Executive Search. She operated for listed multinationals as well as family businesses in EMEA, USA and APAC. Carole is a Procter & Gamble, Sanofi Pasteur, Baxter Healthcare and Barry Callebaut alumni, where she grew a Business, Executive Search and Human Resources career up to the C-suite level as CHRO.
Carole supports Executive Committees and their CHROs with their International Executive Searches, Organization & Talent advisory needs as well as Executive Coaching. She serves specifically global companies that drive growth, innovation, and transformation with a focus on EMEA and APAC.
Carole has been known throughout her career to identify and nurture Top Talent, shape Diverse International Cultures and Teams, and build effective HR organizations in complex global environments. HR/ ESG/ DEI is her core functional expertise.
As an Executive, Carole graduated from the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, from the Kellogg Women to the C-Suite, as well as from the IMD Board Director program. She is also a certified Coach from the Insead CCC Executive Master, a Certified Hogan Expert, a member of several Executive as well as Diversity & Inclusion Networks.
Carole holds a Master in Management from EMLyon Business School, France, with a major in International Affairs. She has worked and lived in Europe, the USA, Asia and Africa.
