Chelsea Flynn is a Senior Director at Modern specializing in CFO’s, finance, and private equity placements. She has over 10 years of experience in recruiting C-level executives and advancing business development for both boutique and global firms.
Prior to Modern, Chelsea was a Vice President of a global recruiting firm where she helped launch the firm’s West Coast presence and global private equity division. Previously, Chelsea was a Partner of a boutique firm based in Southern California where she led the recruiting team and successfully placed CFO’s for private equity backed companies across the US.
In her personal time, Chelsea has a strong passion for giving back to her community and is involved with multiple charities in Orange County, with a strong focus towards aiding in the fight against human trafficking.
