Erin Dowd is an accomplished Executive Coach and global Chief Human Resources Officer specializing in business and personal transformation. She has deep experience in Human Capital Management with Board membership on the Compensation Committee, the Election Committee and ESG initiatives. She has a record of achievement in cultivating successful in-person and virtual global relationships with numerous C-level leaders in Information Technology, Health Care and US Government industries.
Erin is renowned as an expert in helping others thrive through transformation; she partnered with C-level leaders through the Vertiv IPO transaction and the Hewlett Packard, Compaq Computer, and Morrison Management Specialist’s (Compass) MADO activities. Her specialty is in translating diverse cultures, communication styles and backgrounds for leaders determined to achieve productive relationships, effective communication, and measurable results. Through Colonel Dowd’s US Military experiences, Erin is uniquely qualified to help transitioning leaders faced with challenges in bridging communication, leading, advising, and influencing in new industries.
