Prior to joining Modern, Gwen was a Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry, working across lines of business to deliver bespoke client solutions in talent acquisition strategy, selection decisions, assessment and evaluation, and talent development. In her early career, Gwen worked in the non-profit sector.
