Jill is a senior leader in Advisory Solutions at Modern. She has more than 25 years’ experience in senior executive assessment, coaching, and leadership consulting. She has extensive experience across industries and sectors in both publicly listed and privately held companies. She works globally at the senior-most levels of business, partnering with investors, CEOs, executive leadership teams, and Boards of Directors to help them make critical, nuanced people decisions. Jill has an excellent reputation for her judgment and expertise and brings a track record of solving complex talent and organizational issues. As a coach, she partners closely with senior executives and helps them to act on deep insights regarding self, team, and organization, and supports them to achieve transformational change that lasts.
Prior to joining Modern, Jill was Head of People for Citadel’s Global Fixed Income and Global Credit businesses. She also was Head of Private Equity for YSC Consulting where she built and scaled the Private Equity Practice and had P&L responsibility for a significant portion of the firm’s business. Earlier in her career, Jill held roles at Korn Ferry and AlixPartners in addition to a tenure-line faculty appointment at Teachers College, Columbia University.
Jill is a licensed counseling psychologist with a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University in Baltimore and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. She completed her post-doctoral residency at Cornell University.
