Jonathan is a Managing Director at Modern Executive Solutions where he is responsible for research and delivery across a range of clients and industries. Jon brings more than 15 years of experience in executive search, advising clients across the financial services industry on C-suite succession planning, talent assessment and development, acquisition and diversity.
Jon’s clients include some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including global retail and investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms and investment boutiques. He has deep experience working in technology, engineering, data, product, marketing, customer experience and corporate function. Prior to joining Modern, Jon held leadership positions at several top global search firms placed over 500 Fortune 250 Executives.
