Jonathan is a Client Relations Manager based in San Antonio, Texas. He supports the Advisory practice at Modern, with over 15 years of experience connecting and building relationships within multifaceted industries.
Prior to Modern, Jonathan worked at a start-up recruiting company as a Human Resource Generalist where he played an important role in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies and creating a memorable onboarding experience for all new hires.
Jonathan has successfully initiated and set goals for training and development programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization on multiple occasions and is something he is very passionate about.
In his free time, he enjoys biking, hiking, and paddleboarding.
