Scott Case is currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Truist, a role he’s held since 2019. He has 25 years of experience in financial services leading transformational change and delivering innovative solutions. He initially joined Truist predecessor SunTrust in April 2015, serving as Chief Technology Officer for the company’s consumer segment. In this role, he drove the delivery of technology solutions supporting products and services for consumer lending, mortgage, retail banking and private wealth management. Prior to this, Scott was the Chief Information Officer for Ciox Health in 2017, then rejoined SunTrust as Chief Information Officer in February 2018.

Scott also served in senior technology executive positions with Bank of America for 15 years, including Head of Technology for Europe and Asia credit card services and as a senior change executive in Global Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking Technology and Operations.

Outside of Modern, Scott sits on the board of directors for TechBridge, an Atlanta-based nonprofit that works with nonprofits on the frontline of breaking the cycle of generational poverty.
