Why Join Modern?

At Modern, we believe Culture refers to the mindsets and behaviors of our employees. We approach cultural fit a little differently. Instead of asking the typical, “does this person fit with our culture?” question we ask, “how can this employee enhance our culture and/or ensure that we are thinking about things differently tomorrow than we are today”?
