Modern Academies
Achieve transformative growth through our executive development programs.

Modern CHRO Academy
Now entering its third year, the Modern CHRO Academy has become one of the leading programs for new and aspiring CHROs. The program runs annually from January to September, featuring monthly virtual sessions, a three-day in-person session in March 2026, and a two-day in-person session with graduation in September 2026. Participants work in six-person cohorts, and each leader is paired with a personal coach throughout the nine-month experience. Together, they complete a comprehensive leadership workbook designed to help define purpose, values, and a personalized growth plan.
Several companies have enrolled multiple leaders, with many returning from prior classes, reflecting true “academy thinking,” developing CHROs for the world, not just for themselves.
Executive coaches work with current and past CHROs to accelerate your path to the top. Past faculty include Lucien Alziari (Prudential, Maersk and Avon), Mirian Graddick-Weir (Merck, AT&T), Kevin Cox (GE, American Express), and many others.
