Modern Future CHRO Academy
A focus on personal leadership development makes our program unique. Designed for leaders ready to be CHROs now or within the next five years, our academies attract a global cohort for nine months of virtual and in-person sessions. Each participant gets a dedicated coach to clarify their purpose and values, understand the keys to being a great CHRO, and discover how to level up to enterprise leadership.
