Ainsley is an Associate Director based in Nashville. Her career in the search industry began supporting a top-five US search firm as an executive assistant for two years in Atlanta. She gained experience assisting in C-suite level searches ranging from clients such as, Softbank and WeWork.
Previously, Ainsley worked at GS&F Advertising and 21C Museum Hotels in Nashville, as well as Mona Loring Communications and Public Relations in Los Angeles. She supported clients such as, Hunt Brothers Pizza, Tractor Supply, Chad Michael Murray, Megan Markle, and Garcelle Beauvais in media relations, social media, and communications. Ainsley received her bachelor’s degree in public relations from The University of Tennessee.
