Alena Silverbush is an Associate Director based in New York for the Modern team. She supports client partners in the delivery of executive search, leadership advisory solutions, and organizational intelligence. Prior to Modern, Alena worked at a New York City-based tech-forward veterinary start-up where she was in charge of overseeing day-to-day operations as well as client experience and communication.
She’s passionate about technology which led her to successfully graduate from Flatiron software engineering and web development bootcamp in New York. Alena majored in English with a minor in French at the Omsk State University in Siberia, Russia. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, and skiing.
