Based in Atlanta, she partners with Global 1000 companies across industries, bringing more than 15 years of experience advising senior executives and cultivating influential leadership networks.
Prior to joining Modern, Bria spent nearly a decade at World 50, where she built and led executive communities for chief human resources officers, general counsel, divisional CEOs, presidents, and other C-suite executives from Global 1000 companies and leading private equity-backed businesses.
Known for her executive presence and convening, strategic judgment, and ability to build trusted relationships, Bria creates the conditions where meaningful conversations become lasting partnerships, innovative ideas, and organizational impact.
Bria earned an MBA in Business Management from Florida A&M University. Outside of Modern, she serves as an independent advisor to The Gathering Spot, one of the nation's leading civic membership organizations, advising its executive leadership team.
