Britt Mullen is a Senior Director in Modern's Technology Practice and is based in Massachusetts. She is a trusted partner to clients, advising on strategic hiring needs for technology leaders across sectors

Before joining Modern, Britt worked for a boutique retained search firm recruiting for executive-level talent in IT, cybersecurity, product, and, more recently, AI and Innovation (CIO, CTO, CISO, VP of IT, etc.). She has executed searches across multiple industries (manufacturing, healthcare, higher education) and has worked with clients from Fortune 500 to PE-backed portfolio companies. Having started her career in human resources, she knows what is top-of-mind for organizations when they are looking to make a key leadership hire.

Britt holds a BA in English Literature with a minor in Philosophy of Law from Worcester State University. She held a SHRM-CP designation for several years when practicing HR, and had a focus in employee relations and employment law.
