Cassidy Bebo is an Associate based in New York, NY. She supports client partners in the delivery of executive search, leadership assessment, integration, and coaching. She has experience in executive consulting, recruitment, and research as well as analysis into leadership teams and cultural effectiveness to achieve strategy and business goals.
Cassidy received her BA in Politics with a concentration in Philosophy, Lit, and Legal from Bates College. She completed a thesis her senior year that dealt with Politics in Emotions and why female leaders are still deemed too emotional to run for office. She also competed as a Division 1 athlete for the Bates Ski Team. She is passionate about identifying hidden trends and meanings and thrives in collaborative team environments that allow her to build relationships and understand different dynamics.
