Charlotte is an Operations & CX Manager at Modern. In this role, she supports the search teams in all execution and delivery efforts. Before Modern, Charlotte worked as an EA within executive search, supporting the C-Suite and Partner level. She started her career in recruitment, managing busy interim desks within support. Charlotte has a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Kent.
