Chelsea Powers is a Managing Director at Modern Executive Solutions and a member of the Technology Practice.

Chelsea brings more than a decade of executive recruiting experience, partnering with VP and C-suite executives to identify and recruit senior technology and commercial leaders. She advises leadership teams on executive hiring and talent strategy, helping clients build leadership teams capable of supporting growth, transformation, and long-term business success.

Before joining Modern, Chelsea served as a Senior Executive Search Partner at Fortive, where she led executive searches for commercial leadership roles across Fortive's portfolio of operating companies. Before Fortive, she spent more than ten years at Amazon as a Principal Executive Recruiter and Client Lead, leading executive searches across Amazon's technology organizations and partnering with senior executives on critical leadership hiring and talent strategy.

Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Eastern Washington University and an MBA from Bryant University.
