Chloe Zhang is an Associate at Modern Executive Solutions. She graduated magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College with a double major in Economics and Mathematics. While at Mount Holyoke, Chloe completed an honors thesis on gender and fertility preferences in China, served as one of two student representatives on the college’s Presidential Search committee, and worked as a resident advisor supporting students in a diverse residential community. These experiences strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, navigate complex dynamics, and collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders.
Chloe previously interned at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she supported executive search and leadership advisory efforts for private capital clients. She brings a strong foundation in research, data visualization, and strategic problem-solving, with hands-on experience using tools such as Excel, R, Python, Stata, and Power BI. She is passionate about applying both analytical rigor and interpersonal insight to help organizations make impactful leadership decisions.
