Christiane is a Director in our Technology and Global HR practices focused on identifying and recruiting CIOs, CISOs, CHROs, and senior executive technology and HR leaders. Prior to joining Modern, Christiane was a Senior Recruiter at ZRG Partners executing engagements for technology companies and tech-enabled businesses. Previously she was Vice President with Agility Executive Search recruiting for corporate boards. Earlier in her career, Christiane was a Director at leadership development firm, WJM Associates, a Strategy and Change Consultant at IBM Global Services and an Associate at Morgan Stanley.
A native of Germany, Christiane earned her BA from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (JGU) in Germany and her MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
