Coree began his executive search career in 2019, initially focusing on Fintech and Insurtech before expanding into Media, Entertainment, and Technology. This diverse experience gives him a unique perspective on leadership, talent acquisition, and organizational transformation.
Outside of work, Coree’s faith and passion for football are central to his life. A former Division I athlete at Colgate University, he now referees college football and coaches youth players in his community. Football keeps him grounded, balanced, and connected, while reinforcing the leadership, teamwork, discipline, and optimism he brings to his professional work.
