Debs Milhaupt is Vice President of Organizational Learning and Client Experience at Modern, where she helps strengthen how the firm develops its people, serves clients, and grows with intention. She leads learning, leadership development, onboarding, and customer experience initiatives that build capability across the business and turn feedback from clients and candidates into meaningful improvements.

Debs brings more than 15 years of experience across learning and development, executive coaching, organizational change, talent development, and commercial leadership. She is known for connecting strategy with practical execution, helping leaders grow through candid coaching, thoughtful development experiences, and programs that support both people and business performance.

Before joining Modern, Debs led Learning & Development at Advanced Group, where she built the company’s first enterprise-wide learning function during a period of rapid growth, global expansion, and transformation. Her work supported stronger leadership pipelines, improved retention, increased internal mobility, and helped scale programs across 18 countries.

Earlier in her career, Debs held business development and leadership roles serving clients across the life sciences, healthcare technology, and energy sectors in the U.S. and U.K. She is a Certified Executive Coach (iPEC), an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and a Prosci Change Management Practitioner. Debs holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Exeter.
