Elizabeth Pulis is a Director at Modern in New York, where she partners with senior executives and top teams to drive alignment, accelerate performance, and lead through transformation. Her work focuses on unlocking the full potential of leadership teams by shaping culture, defining strategy, and enabling effective management.

Previously, Elizabeth was a consultant at Korn Ferry, where she advised Fortune 100 clients in financial services, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. She brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, with a strong emphasis on top team effectiveness, culture, and change management.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, with concentrations in Legal Studies in Business and Management Consulting, from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
