Georgia Patten is a Senior Director at Modern, where she leads client delivery across leadership advisory, organizational analysis, and executive search. Having joined the firm in its early years, Georgia has steadily progressed through a series of roles, building deep expertise in both candidate engagement and client partnership. Today, she is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery and shaping long-term relationships with senior leaders across global markets.
Her career began in high-level business operations in London, before moving into executive search with Hunter Healthcare.
At Modern, Georgia combines strong delivery discipline with curiosity about people, she enjoys exploring motivations, decisions, and leadership styles to create meaningful outcomes for clients and candidates.
Alongside her career, Georgia is studying part-time for a degree in Economics with the Open University.
