Grayson Gross is an Associate based out of Philadelphia, PA for the Modern Team. She supports client partners in the delivery of executive search, organizational analysis, and leadership advisory solutions. Grayson has experience in research, analysis, and organizational techniques.
Grayson graduated from Mercer University with a B.A. in Law and Public Policy with a minor in Criminal Justice. During her time at Mercer, she was a member of the Division-I Women’s Lacrosse program. In her free time, Grayson enjoys reading David Sedaris, swimming in the ocean, and playing with her three dogs (Gus, Frank Sinatra, and Penny).
