Halie Davidovas is the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Modern, where she leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and organizational growth. She brings a multidisciplinary background spanning finance, program and project management, data analytics, automation, and technology, with a track record of translating complex business needs into scalable solutions and partnering across functions to drive operational and financial performance.
Prior to joining Modern, Halie held a series of roles as a consultant spanning financial management, technical project management, federal sales, and data science. She led financial planning and execution for mission-critical government programs and drove initiatives focused on process optimization and data-driven decision-making. Her experience also included leading cross-functional technology teams, implementing CRM and automated workflows, developing robotic process automation solutions, and creating data visualization and reporting tools to improve business performance. Earlier in her career, she served as a Budget Analyst and Information & Data Manager at another executive search firm, where she led data integration initiatives, enhanced CRM capabilities, and developed financial and operational reporting solutions.
Halie holds a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Washington, with a specialization in Program/Product Management and Consulting, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics from the University of San Diego.
