Happy is a proven Administrative and Operations Professional with a nearly 23-year career at Coca-Cola. He gained valuable experience supporting high level executives for various foodservice teams such as Burger King Global, Wendy’s International, and Arby’s, as well as retail teams for the Greater Southeast Region in Foodservice, Convenience Retail Drug & Value, Commercial Execution, Latin Affairs, and most recent, The McDonald’s Division.
A native from Luquillo Beach, Puerto Rico, Happy has lived in Georgia for over 40 years and jokingly considers himself as the first Georgiarrican. He has held multiple leadership roles in key employee organizations including Communications Lead with Coca-Cola’s Hispanic Business Resource Group, and Co-Vice Chair for the Coca-Cola Administrative Professionals Forum. He recently served as Vice President of Employee Engagement with the Hispanic Leadership Business Resource Group to help foster a more inclusive work environment, improve communication among employees and enhance understanding of the Latino culture towards the value of diversity.
