Happy leads Modern’s IT onboarding experience, ensuring every new hire feels confident and connected from day one. He provides personalized technology support, application guidance, and resources that help employees navigate Modern’s digital environment with ease. His approachable style and deep knowledge of systems make him a trusted go-to for tech support and process improvement across the organization.

Before joining Modern, Happy spent over 2 decades at The Coca-Cola Company supporting senior executives across Foodservice and Retail. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, having held leadership roles in Coca-Cola’s Hispanic Business Resource Group and Administrative Professionals Forum.
