Ian Pearce brings experience in providing both excellent client relations and customer service to his role as a Senior Director. He thrives on the challenge of identifying the right "cultural fit" along with position specifications for his clients. He is driven to help candidates make strategic career moves that will enable them to grow both personally and professionally. Ian has a firm understanding of the needs of his clients, and he works diligently to support his team.
Prior to joining Modern, Ian was an Executive Search Associate and Research Operations Manager for Pinnacle Search Partners in Atlanta, GA where he was responsible for identifying and delivering executive talent for PE-backed and privately held companies across Accounting & Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales & Marketing functions with expertise in manufacturing and business services industries.
Previously, Ian held key managerial roles at leading hospitality giant Marriott International. Ian is a graduate of North Carolina State University and a McGlamery Scholarship recipient. He is also active in several philanthropic activities and has held key leadership positions in the Raleigh Wesley Foundation. He recently served on the board of The Raleigh Wesley Foundation Alumni Association.
