Prior to joining, she led the research team at JM Search, covering the technology and financial services industries, partnering with global enterprise and private equity clients to identify top talent across executive functions. Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise in candidate research, client delivery, and executive assessment. She has also distinguished herself as an early adopter of AI-driven workflows that consistently deliver high-quality results.
Ife holds a B.A. in Global Studies from Pennsylvania State University and is passionate about creating opportunities and driving innovation through talent.
