As Client Relations Manager, Jackie is committed to providing clients with an equitable and seamless experience, guided by clear communication and a well-defined process. With more than 12 years of administrative and executive support experience across leadership consulting, tech, and finance, she brings a strong sense of person ability and professionalism to every interaction.
Before joining Modern, Jackie built a diverse career foundation as an Administrative and Executive Assistant, known for her ability to create structure and foster collaboration across teams. She holds a B.A. from Grand Valley State University and currently resides in Kalamazoo, Michigan—though she has called many parts of the northern U.S. home.
Outside of work, Jackie serves on the Kalamazoo County Government Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board, is an avid reader, and enjoys camping trips where she collects stamps in her National Parks passport.
