When I was introduced to Modern, not only did they have a different approach to talent advisory, but they were able to demonstrate their commitment to their mission, purpose, and values. That was essential for me.

Jen has more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations, data, systems, legal, and HR within the professional services industry. Specifically, she has nine years of experience building and scaling businesses in the executive search and talent advisory sector. Jen’s success scaling businesses is built on strategy development, leadership, forecasting and modeling, technology advancement and innovation, project management, and execution.

Prior to joining Modern, Jen was the COO at Chasm Partners. As COO, she was responsible, with her team, for overseeing and executing across all areas of operations and finance, including data, systems, and HR. Previously, Jen spent seven years as CFO of Bespoke Partners, where she built the financial and operational infrastructure and team. She also managed the acquisition and setup of multiple satellite offices in the U.S.

Jen earned her ALM in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Harvard (2022), MBA from Strayer University (2013), and BS in Economics from Texas A&M (2003). She is the proud wife of a retired, 25-year Naval Officer and mother to two gorgeous girls and several farm animals. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, skiing, swimming, traveling, and hanging out on her farm with her family.
