Jenna is a Senior Director in both our Global HR and Sports & Entertainment practices.
Jenna spent her early career as a coach in collegiate athletics. In her capacity as an Assistant Coach and Head Coach at the Division I level, she led program recruiting efforts, responsible for the attraction and retention of high performing athletes.
Prior to joining Modern, Jenna was an Executive Search Senior Associate at Leathwaite, where she executed searches across HR, with an emphasis on CHRO, Business Partner, L&D, Talent, and D&I mandates. She is experienced working with clients of all sizes across industries, including financial services, insurance, media, and entertainment.
Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington, and a Master of Science in Sport Management from the University of Florida. Additionally, Jenna has received her Certification as an Athlete Development Specialist through the Professional Association of Athlete Development Specialists (PAADS) and her Corporate Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification through The Brown University School of Professional Studies, in partnership with ACT Leadership, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Jenna currently resides in Manhattan.
