JJ brings over 6 years of experience in recruitment coordination to their role as Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Before Modern, JJ was the University TA Coordinator before moving into the Executive TA team at Kroll, where they coordinated the hiring and onboarding of over 50 managing directors in one year.
JJ received their Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University.
