Joan Rohs

Joan Rohs is a Senior Partner at Modern Executive Solutions, where she leads M1’s Technology Community, a premier forum for C-suite technology executives to exchange candid perspectives on business, technology, and leadership challenges. She also leads the development of the Technology Leader Academy, collaborating across the firm’s executive search and advisory practices to support technology leaders and their teams in their development and career journeys.

Before joining Modern, Joan was a Partner at global investment firm ICONIQ and spent 14 years at World 50, where she convened senior technology executives from large global enterprises. She began her career in management consulting at firms including North Highland and McKinsey & Company.

Joan serves on the Corporate Advisory Board for Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Emory University.
