Jordan Haberfield is a career search professional with 25 years’ experience in leading and managing full retained executive searches across multiple sectors and senior skill sets. Throughout his career, Jordan worked with Fortune 500 clients to advise them on enterprise systems and the implementation/configuration of HR, Benefits, Finance and Supply Chain Management technologies. He works across advisory and search and has a particular focus on the intersection of talent, product, technology, and marketing for high-growth companies. Jordan also has been active in supporting senior HR officers.
Before joining Modern, Jordan was the Regional Director for a global retained search firm responsible for strategic growth and development across North America. Prior to this role, Jordan founded and led a technology staffing and search firm focused on enterprise resource planning professionals, specifically with expertise in SAP. Jordan was also the Talent Director at UMT Consulting Group (now Ernst & Young) where he led recruiting and HR in their project portfolio management (PPM) practice. He began his career at IBM, where he focused on technology and marketing in their National Distribution Division.
Jordan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Government from Franklin and Marshall College. He is passionate about helping his clients create diverse leadership teams with inclusive cultures to deliver higher performance and increased innovation.
