Kate is a Partner leading Modern's EMEA coverage, with deep expertise in leadership advisory and talent acquisition across a variety of sectors. Previously, she led the Consumer and Healthcare practice at a European executive search firm focused on the private equity sector. She has ten years of experience working with both PE firms and listed businesses of all cap sizes as a trusted advisor, collaborating with senior leaders to build management teams and Boards, and to support companies through organizational change. Prior to this she worked in Investment Management as an Assistant Fund Manager on a European focused fund and sector specialist in the global consumer space. Kate received a Masters in English Language and Literature from Balliol College, Oxford University.
