Kate is a Partner in Modern’s Consumer and Retail practice, with deep expertise in talent acquisition and retained executive search. Previously, she led the Consumer practice at a European executive search firm focused on the private equity sector. She has ten years of experience working with both PE firms and consumer businesses of all cap sizes as a trusted advisor, collaborating with senior leaders to build management teams and Boards, and to support companies through organizational change. Prior to this she worked in Investment Management, as an Assistant Fund Manager on a European focused fund and sector specialist in the global consumer space. Kate received a Masters in English Language and Literature from Balliol College, Oxford University.
