Katie has experience in industrial-organizational psychology, human resources, executive search, and organizational consulting. She brings an analytical, detail-oriented, and people-centered approach to her work and is passionate about helping organizations connect talent strategy to meaningful organizational outcomes.
Katie received both her M.S. in Human Resource Management and B.S. in Psychological Sciences from Purdue University and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, watching basketball, reading, playing piano and guitar, and spending time with friends and family.
