Kikka Makela-Payton is a Senior Director at Modern Executive Solutions. Based in London, she brings more than 20 years of Executive Search experience in various sectors including Private Equity, Professional Services, EMI and Financial Services. She has successfully delivered C-level (CEO, COO, CMO, CHRO), Board and other high-profile roles across Europe, US, and Asia for FTSE250 and Fortune 500 companies.
Kikka joined Modern from ZRG Partners where she spent four years as a Managing Associate, working with global cross-border searches. Prior to this, she worked at Norman Broadbent, KornFerry and Odgers Berndtson in London. Kikka also has experience in the Private Equity sector working as European Account Manager, Industrial for the Directorbank Group.
Kikka has a strong passion in delivering best practices in Executive Search. Having an honest, informative and straight-forward style, she is committed to delivering the best possible solutions for clients and candidates.
