Maggie Fitzsimmons is Modern's Senior Learning & Development Manager. In her role, she supports firm-wide learning initiatives that ensure the successful delivery of organizational and talent consulting solutions. Previously, Maggie was a Director in Modern's Talent Consulting business, supporting Financial Services client engagements. In her earlier career, Maggie spent years in higher education administration, where she was responsible for managing and developing large staffs at multiple flagship institutions. Maggie earned her PhD from the University of Georgia with research topics in adult learning and development, leadership education, and leader identity development. Maggie also earned her MS in Leadership from James Madison University and her BS from the University of Florida.
