Marjatta Lee is a Managing Director in Modern’s Organizational Consulting group. She has a decade of experience partnering with organizations across sectors to design and implement initiatives focused on enabling people to work in new ways and on unlocking human potential.
Prior to joining Modern, Marjatta worked at Accenture in their Talent and Organization practice and at Deloitte in their Human Capital practice. Over the years she has advised clients on culture change, learning and development initiatives, talent programs and on how to approach large-scale organizational transformations. Marjatta has led teams that successfully delivered complex enterprise-wide transformations and robust global change management programs. She is known for her ability to translate complex challenges into scalable, human-centered solutions. She has expertise in strategic management, talent and organizational design, and change enablement as well as a track record of partnering with senior leaders across industries to create a lasting impact.
Marjatta earned her M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Economics, Strategic Management, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship and International Business. She also holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from The University of Chicago. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, rowing, singing, cooking and reading.
