Mary is the Chief People Officer at Modern, where she spearheads People, Marketing, and Customer Experience with a bold, human-centric lens. Known for bridging business strategy with empathy, she transforms organizational dynamics through leadership development, agile transformation, and strategic change management.

With over 15 years of experience scaling global professional services firms, Mary architects innovative talent strategies that elevate employee engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and align workforce capabilities with ambitious business goals. Her work fosters cultures of excellence and adaptability, competencies that drive sustainable growth.

Mary has held executive leadership roles across Business Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and also stepped in as an interim leader for Marketing and IT. From building a global Change Management Center of Excellence to leading post-acquisition business integrations and running an executive PMO, Mary thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

A lifelong learner fueled by a deep curiosity, Mary is a certified Executive Coach (iPEC), SPHR, PMP, and Prosci Change Management Practitioner. She also holds a master’s certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
