Matheus advises senior leaders and organizations on talent management, drawing on 26 years across global consulting and in-house leadership roles.
Prior to Modern, Matheus was a Principal at Korn Ferry, where he advised global clients on executive assessment and succession and coached senior leaders through complex transitions. Before that, he led learning, talent development, and culture for DaVita’s Healthcare international markets across 10 countries. Earlier in his career, he spent 16 years as a consultant working with leaders across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Throughout his career, Matheus has helped Fortune 500 companies strengthen their leadership bench and prepare talent for changing business demands. He has designed integrated learning ecosystems that extend the impact of in-person and experiential development and reduce time to readiness.
Matheus holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing and People Management. He is a certified Integral Master Coach and a certified somatic therapist. Based in Denver, Colorado, Matheus has also lived in Brazil and Japan. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with basic Japanese.
