McKenna is the Director of Project Management and brings a high-touch, integrated approach to all Advisory engagements with a commitment to delivery excellence. She leads the project management function at Modern and has over 8 years of project and engagement management experience spanning healthcare, academia, and management consulting industries.
Having worked in boutique and large management consulting firms since 2017, she brings expertise in leadership & professional development and assessment & succession solution areas.
Prior to joining Modern, McKenna was a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry working in the Project Management Office as a team lead and private equity marquee account program manager within North America. She also spent time at Linkage, Inc. and was heavily involved in their Advancing Women Leaders work.
McKenna earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts.
