Meghan Kocian brings more than 10 years of experience in executive operations and strategic business support to her role as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Modern Executive Solutions. Known for her proactive approach, strong judgment, and ability to build trusted partnerships at every level, Meghan partners with executive leadership to drive organizational clarity, reduce friction, and keep high-impact initiatives moving forward.

Prior to joining Modern, Meghan served as Senior Executive Assistant at Smarter Technologies and Chief of Staff at Intechnic, supporting C-suite leaders across AI, digital strategy, and healthcare technology. Earlier in her career, she spent over five years at IBM supporting senior executives within the Systems and Watson Data Platform divisions. She is recognized for building operating systems that increase leadership leverage, improve cross-functional execution, and keep organizations focused on what matters most.

Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
