Mike is a Senior Partner at Modern where is he is responsible for strategic account relationship development across Modern’s global portfolio along with active engagement in the delivery of executive search and advisory projects. Mike engages with Modern clients through a highly consultative approach. He strategically partners with boards of director, and across executive leadership teams consistently demonstrating a deep commitment to long term relationship development.
Mike brings over 25 years of executive search and consulting experience placing C-Level executives within the retail financial services industry as well as 20 years of specialization in financial and risk officer search engagements across a broad array of industry sectors.
Mike’s prior experience includes leading a section of the financial services practice for Korn Ferry. His additional experience leading a national retained search firm specializing in banking provides him with a comprehensive understanding of industry specific trends related to leadership development, talent acquisition, compensation design, and CEO succession planning.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree with dual majors in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
