Prior to joining Modern, Natasha was with Korn Ferry, where she was a Senior Partner in the North American Industrial practice, spearheading human capital projects across energy, utility, defense, transportation, construction, and manufacturing. Her previous executive roles include CEO of CCG, CHRO for a renewable energy company, VP of Human Resources for Honeywell, and Executive Director at Merck, where she led large-scale change programs impacting 140 countries, including the $42 billion Merck Schering Plough merger.
Natasha is a business organizational psychologist with a graduate degree from Columbia University in Social-Organizational Psychology & Change Leadership, and an MBA and B.S. from Monmouth University. She also lectures at the Wharton School for C-suite leaders focused on Chief Human Resource Officer Executive education, and has also taught graduate classes in business and psychology. She has been recognized as “Top 50 Women in Business” and received the Girl Scout Woman of Achievement award, among other consulting awards. Natasha has worked extensively with boards and is currently the advisory board chair for 3rd-i, which is a technology-enabled safety company.
Natasha has been married to her husband, Pete, for 25 years. They live in New Jersey and have three daughters. Her interests include family, cooking, traveling, and dedicated foundation work for Type 1 Diabetes, a condition impacting her daughter, that she hopes to see cured in her lifetime.
