Nick Smith is an Associate at Modern, and a member of the inaugural Associate Development Program cohort. Prior to joining Modern, Nick earned his degree in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he was a fencer, served as President of the Student Government Association, and organized the university’s first TEDx event in nearly a decade. He's curious and interested to learn more about capability building and research methodologies that source top talent. Outside of work, Nick volunteers as a mentor to LGBTQ+ youth and first-generation college students. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
