Pam brings over a decade of experience helping leaders and organizations achieve their goals, develop future-ready talent, and cultivate high-impact cultures at scale.

She has worked closely with C-suite executives, boards, and leadership teams to deliver tailored​ and transformative leadership solutions. With a human-centered and holistic approach, Pam focuses on unlocking potential and enabling leaders to thrive in complex​ and fast-changing environments.

Before joining Modern, Pam was an Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she specialized in executive assessment and development. Her career blends deep consulting expertise across a wide range of industries​ – both public and private​ – with in-house HR experience. She ​previously held key roles at DDI and Willis Towers Watson, where she designed and implemented large-scale talent development strategies and shaped employee experience initiatives. ​During her time at Royal Caribbean Group, she led executive development efforts, focusing on succession planning, talent readiness, and leadership programs.

Based in Miami, Florida, Pam is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with global experience supporting leaders across diverse cultural contexts. She holds an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University. She is also a credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), driven by a passion for transformation and helping leaders unlock and channel their full potential.
