Paula is a highly skilled finance and operations professional with over 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management. With a bachelor's degree in finance and management information systems from Florida State University, she has a solid foundation in both fields.
Originally from Brazil, Paula grew up in a close-knit family where her parents, who worked in software development and banking, instilled in her a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
At Deloitte, Paula excelled as an Engagement Financial Advisor, managing a $90MM portfolio for a Platinum client. Her responsibilities included conducting variance analyses, financial forecasting, and delivering accurate financial reports. Paula's expertise in contract financial management enabled her to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize revenue, and mitigate risks.
Alongside her financial management role, Paula also mentored and trained new team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Her ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders played a crucial role in project success and client satisfaction.
